About Energetic Lifetherapy

This therapy is based upon the assumption that you are a spiritual being living a human life in a physical body. In this human experience you have a holistic system in which you are dealing with different parts of being, such as the mind, the body,  the heart, your emotions, the energetic body (aura) and also the more spiritual and multidimensional parts of life .  You are a unique individual and also a part of something so much bigger. You are the drop of water and also the ocean. Being aware of your connectedness can support you in becoming a happier individual.

The Sessions

It is my intention to create a loving, safe and healing environment for you to arrive in. During the session I will read your energyfield and allow myself to be an instrument for the benefit of healing on all layers. I communicate with you and your higher self to help you channel your potentials into life.

The sessions will give you more clarity about where you are right now and how your life patterns are preventing you from living your potential more fully. During the session an energetic transmission will be available for you. The session will support you to grow your inner strength, self-love, activate the natural healing response of your body and help you to align with your core essence.

We work in the Now moment. I will listen to your desire for the session and what is most present in your system. I will use my intuitive qualities to discern what methods to use during the session. I always work in co-creation and clear communication with you and I will encourage you to use your own impulses and express your needs.

Results

The session will bring more flow into your (energetic)system so your body will be able to release some stagnated energy. You are able to receive some new and beneficial energy to give your system the latest update. This can make you feel uplifted, energetically charged, but it can also make your body go into detox and healing mode. So I always encourage you to drink enough water after a session and to take it easy and rest if possible if this is what you need to give space to the healing process and integrate the session.

This change in energy and consciousness will have an effect on your day to day life. You will change your patterns, consciousness and life-choices in the pace that suits you best. We will talk about how to implement the new consciousness in a practical way in your life and make agreements on what your are going to exercise in between sessions.

The sessions only work when you have a positive intent on changing your life for the better. Resistance and anxiety can be a natural part of the change-process. We will look at it together and see what steps you can take so it will be safe and do-able for you.

About Tessa Margaretha Visch

 I am very grateful for the way I have been raised. My parents created a loving and openminded family in which consciousness about the way we do things was ar topic of every day.

I live with my boyfriend in The Netherlands, but we like to see ourselves as citizens of the world and we love to travel and work abroad as much as possible. We rent out our apartment to Airbnb guests from all around the world. In this way we attract the world into our own lives. It is my desire to be able to work in places all over the world.

I graduated from Human Resource Management and a premaster in strategic HRM at the university of Utrecht. I also did 3 years of Governance and Policy studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. The four years of higher education I followed at the institute for lifetherapy: School of Life, really formed me as a lifetherapist and inspired me to start my own company. I have my own practice for lifetherapy and I teach at School of Life on subjects like healing, higher sensory perception and chakrapsychology (the developmental psychology of the energybody).

I have learned multiple skills at multiple courses, such as aurahealing, reconnective healing, energyreading, meditative hypnoses, developmental psychology, body consciousness, traumahealing and coaching. The work of Healing Arts founder Joanne van Wijgerden influenced my work in a profound way.

My parents are both entrepreneurs. During my childhood I enjoyed the freedom that came with this way of living. I honor my parents for their inspired and ambitious (work)life. This resulted in me being an entrepreneur as well. I co-founded the following organizations and platforms:  Young Masters Global, The Therapy Club and De Creatie Ruimte.  Generation Intuition is my latest project. I love food: preparing it, eating it, looking at it. I am very lucky that my boyfriend founded The Good Food Kitchen; an organic and vegetarian catering company. I also really enjoy good music, dance and nature!

How to book a session

I usually work with people in a series of 5 sessions. We will evaluate the progress and see if continuing the sessions will be beneficial. In some circumstances just one session will be sufficient, in others a durable relationship is more suitable.

Before our first meeting, I’ll ask you to fill out an intakeform with personal information about your history, current situation, and your desires for the sessions and your future. During the first session we will go through this form together.

Offline or Online session

I work from my practice in Utrecht, The Netherlands. But I also do sessions through ZOOM, SKYPE or Phone (video or audio).  When we do a online-session, make sure you are in a space that allows you to feel safe and undisturbed by your surroundings. Please check audio and video functionality before the start of our meeting.

Supervision

As a fellow professional in the field you can book a supervision session with me.

Working under supervision means that a counsellor, energyworker or therapist uses the services of another therapist to review their work with clients, their professional development, and often their personal development as well. 

Payment and Costs

Personal session (1 – 1,5h):  €100 (incl. VAT)

Counselling Supervision (1h): €95 (incl. VAT)

Student session (1- 1,5h): €80 (incl. VAT)

I will send you an invoice right after the session, which you can pay through online banking or by banktransfer within 14 days.

Cancellation

Until four days in advance you can cancel free of charge. Until two days in advance you will pay 50% of the session costs. Without temporary cancellation or when you are late for the session, the whole amount of the session will be charged.
